ᴡʜᴀᴛ’s ᴍᴇᴅɪᴛᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ғᴏʀ ʏᴏᴜ?⁣ ⁣ Whatever answer you gave: ʏᴏᴜ’ʀᴇ ʀɪɢʜᴛ.⁣ ⁣ 🔶You don’t have to be sitting down.⁣ 🔶You don’t have to have your eyes closed.⁣ 🔶You definitely don’t have to “stop thinking”, because that’s impossible 😏.⁣ ⁣ Meditation is simply the avenue you take to come back to YOU (your breath, your aliveness, your best self).⁣ ⁣ So it can look like:⁣

❤Taking a walk by yourself.⁣ 💚Taking a shower.⁣ 💙Stretching before bed.⁣ 💜Dancing.⁣ 💛Singing.⁣ ❤Literally, you can be doing anything and it is “meditative”. As long as you’re enjoying yourself and really connected to your inner being, you’re meditating.⁣ ⁣ Share one way you’d like to meditate today ✨.
