Walls up or Boundaries

WHEN SOMEONE PUTS WALLS UP it actually isn’t about us. ‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍ There’s a big difference between Walls & Boundaries. ‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍ Walls block energy; Boundaries upgrade it. ‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍ For many people It’s easier & more comfortable to push away or suppress things (walls) than face them (boundaries). ‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍ Sometimes tho, Walls are necessary when another person consistently doesn’t respect our Boundaries.

Boundaries can only Upgrade the energy if ALL involved are willing to meet their edges. If tho, people are not willing to even have a conversation, despite how difficult it may feel to have it, then they are choosing to stunt their growth in that particular area of the human experience. Which is fine - but it will most probably arise some time later in some form. ‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍ I find that when I am most about to EXPAND it can SEEM like a contraction - because my EDGES become SO obvious to me suddenly.

Last night I realised that I'm about to expand again because I was becoming 'squirmy' in my skin & some areas I needed to Step Up in were very LOUD. In this moment - I became comfortable with the uncomfortable.

Imagine how amazing life becomes when we can celebrate & lean-in to our resistance just by knowing we're meeting our own expansion. 😍😱

What many people don't realise is - if we can get our 'hurt parts' and 'ego' out of the way enough to face the bigger picture, there's magic waiting on the other side! ‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍ I am grateful to be surrounded right now by super-humans who are willing to ‘go there’ & actually love themselves and each other enough to fully Up their level. These people are my tribe. ‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍ When we can rise to meet each other We are gifted the grace of growth. We cultivate respect & care. We become the clear channel. We are willing to brave the world beyond our own perceptions & projections To find out what we don’t know that we don’t know. ‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍ This In my opinion Is ‘doing the work’ For humanity 💜 ‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍ LOVE YOU
