Bring your awareness in

We tend to identify with emotions and we allow emotions to rule over us.⠀⠀


We can’t be creative when we are sad, we can’t be present when we are worried, we can’t communicate when we are angry.⠀⠀


Right now, we are living times of uncertainty. We have to try with all our might to bring our awareness inward and focus in that which is the only thing we can be certain about: consciousness, the true self.⠀⠀


The circumstances are not the goal of any learning experience, the goal is how you allow those circumstances to lead you to discover yourself. ⠀⠀


Bring your awareness where it belongs, inward, and you will not suffer; take your awareness outside of yourself and you’ll find confusion and doubt and fear.
